The B&T 30 Under 30 Awards took ivy Sydney by storm earlier this week but, before the party unfolded, we got a quick moment with some of this year’s winners to understand what makes them just so great.

Here are this year’s Entrepreneur winners: James Course from Gawk Dalton Henshaw from  Bullfrog and Michelle Akhidenor from The Peers Project.

Lauren Moran from CHEP Network, Margot Alais from Paper+Spark and Nikki Brown from Seven grabbed this year’s Creative awards.

And the best 20-something-year-old strategists are Oglivy’s Annie Lim, OMD Australia’s Brittany Meale and Initiative’s Summer Treseder.
